Bisa Systems
The back office you can’t staff yet.
Small suppliers and contractors lose work because finding bids, chasing paperwork and keeping books take more people than they have. Bisa Systems gives you one system that does that work, and the people to run it with you.
Based in Tulsa. Working with companies across Oklahoma and neighbouring states.
What we offer
- 01
System lease
From $750 a month
One system for bids, books, documents and approvals, run and supported by us. It replaces a stack of separate subscriptions.
- Your website and customer-facing pages
- A bid-finding agent for private and government work
- Books, a documents inbox that reads bills and receipts, and a desk for your CPA
- Approvals on every send, payment and month-end close
- A compliance calendar for registrations, insurance and renewals
- Hosting, backups and support
Setup from $3,000, one time. The Plus plan, $1,250 a month, adds several locations or companies, payroll and bank connections.
- 02
Managed bid desk
Monthly fee plus a share of collected margin
A person and the agent working your pipeline: finding and qualifying bids, preparing submissions, coordinating supply and delivery, and following up on payment.
- Daily search of private, state and federal opportunities
- Go or no-go recommendations with the numbers behind them
- Bid packages prepared for your review and signature
- Supplier and freight coordination, in your name
- Invoicing and payment follow-up
We earn more only when you collect more. You approve and sign every bid.
- 03
Government readiness
$1,500, one time
Everything a small supplier needs before the first federal or state bid.
- SAM.gov registration paperwork
- NAICS codes that match what you actually sell
- A one-page capability statement
- DIBBS setup for defence logistics bids
- Bid alerts tuned to your products and region
Registering with SAM.gov is free, and Oklahoma’s APEX Accelerator helps at no cost. You pay for our time and the system, never for registration itself.
- 04
Process and procurement consulting
$150 an hour
We map how you buy, bid and handle paperwork today, and fix the gaps that cost you work.
- A walk-through of your current process
- A written list of gaps, ranked by what they cost
- Hands-on fixes, or a plan your team can follow
How we work
Rules we keep with every client.
A person approves every step
Nothing is sent, signed, paid or closed without a named person approving it. The system prepares; people decide.
Your accounts stay in your name
Email, bank, payroll, accounting and signatures belong to you. We are an admin user, never the owner.
We never hold your money
Payments are created in your own bank and approved there. Nothing passes through our accounts.
Your records stay yours
Each client has a separate database. If you leave, you take a complete export with you.
How it starts
- 01
A conversation
We look at how you find work, buy, deliver and get paid today, and tell you plainly whether we can help.
- 02
Setup
We set the system up in your name, move your records in, connect your accounts and train your team. Usually two to four weeks.
- 03
Running
The system works every day. You approve what goes out, and we handle support, updates and anything that breaks.
Who it is for
